So, here goes again. A little look into what we have been up to lately.
I got my hair chopped off recently and donated it to "Locks of Love." The hair stylist put my hair into two pony tails and cut them off...all ten inches of them. It feels so good to have all of that hair gone. I was going through more conditioner than you can imagine. Also, if I took a shower before I went to bed, my hair would still be slightly damp by the time I woke up. That is just not normal. So, now I have short hair and am loving it!
Before...
After...
Jonathan and Kylie enjoyed the yearly Spring Girl Scout dance. It is a father daughter dance and it was some good quality one on one time for the two of them. She so loves one on one time with anyone. They came home sweaty and tired from dancing so much. These pictures are right before they left for their dance date.
Kelly, Harry and I joined Kasey at her school for a short Spring program. It was fun to watch how Kasey interacts at school with her friends and teacher. Kelly was a wild maniac with all of the activity in the classroom and we had to leave a little early.
Following in her mom's footsteps, Kylie got her hair cut short as well. She looks so cute and it is so much easier in the morning doing her hair. No more pony tails. I just have to spray it down and brush it.
We joined our friends Mark and Jill, along with their four kids, last Friday night for dinner out and bowling. We had so much fun! We went to a very old bowling alley near our home that you still have to score your own game. There were no electronic TV screens that do it for you. Poor Mark had to score both our game and the kids. None of the rest of us knew how to do it. All of the kids loved every minute of bowling and drinking plenty of orange pop. Harry slept in the sling the entire time, not waking once while I bowled ten frames. I'm sure I was quite a sight. See for yourself in these funny photos.
We also ventured out to the new indoor theme park recently. Kelly is a BIG fan of meeting the life size characters through out the park. She is not scared at all.
And, last but not least, I am pretty sure that I have the sweetest, cutest, most special little three month old boy alive. He is such a blessing. He sleeps good at night, is calm for the most part during the day and is so darn cute that even when he is fussy, it is impossible to get frustrated. Here is Harry hanging out in his martian pj's today. Totally, completely in love would be a slight understatement.
